Permission is granted to access and use FutureLearner.ai for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by FutureLearner.ai at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

The content, features, and functionality of FutureLearner.ai are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our proprietary AI-Human Hybrid workflow and educational content are confidential and proprietary.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

FutureLearner.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
